Purpose
To verify the authenticity and quality of Gold Krugerrands using a combination of reliable testing methods, including the Ringer test, Fischer scale analysis, magnet test, and weight measurement.

– Magnet
– Digital scale (calibrated)
– Reference Gold Krugerrand
– Soft cloth
– Archival gloves
– Data recording sheets or digital database
Responsibilities
– The Testing Officer is responsible for conducting the tests and recording the results accurately.
– The Quality Assurance Manager oversees the testing process and ensures adherence to the procedure.

PROCEDURE
- Initial Inspection:
Visually inspect the Gold Krugerrand for any signs of wear, damage, or irregularities. Note any discrepancies for further investigation.
- Ringer Test:

Activate the Ringer and observe the sound produced.
